We are delighted with our new coat rack which is a very elegant replacement for the old ones.  It is a lovely design and very sturdily made, and at 12 hooks long provides ample hanging space for a family of four without looking too massive!  Thank you for your speedy service and also for the tealight which now adorns the kitchen windowsill.

I've received my coat rack and it's now on the wall and in use. I'm delighted with it. I like the finish on the wood and the attention to detail - all the slots in the flat-head screws lined up horizontally (very pleasing!). Looks great in my hall and the match with my oak floor is even better than I'd imagined.
Thanks also for dealing with all my pre-sale queries so efficiently and patiently.

I was delighted with the quality and finish of this oak coat rack and it’s worth every penny. The piece of oak used has a beautiful grain and the hooks and matching screws look great and seem to be of high quality. It seems a shame that this will mostly be hidden from view! I was also very pleased that you could supply this without screw holes so I could hide plasterboard fittings under the hooks. Your excellent packaging also meant that it arrived in pristine condition. Finally I wanted to complement you on the unusually accurate photographs used on your website. So often these leave much to be desired, but the finished product looks exactly as depicted.
